At Candles by Christ, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we want you to love your purchase! Please read our return and refund policy below for a smooth experience.


πŸ”™ Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or candles that have been opened. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right!

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photos of the damage or issue when contacting us.

πŸ’Έ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


πŸ” Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. Just email us with the required photos and details, and we’ll take care of the rest.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Used candles

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
