🕯️ What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using high-quality ingredients, including Organic Beeswax, High Quality Organic Fragrance Oils, Non-Toxic Candle Dye and Beeswax/Hemp Wicks to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn.


📦 How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method (USPS or UPS). See our Shipping Policy for more details.


📬 How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.


❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please email us at CandlesbyChrist@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.


💔 My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry that happened! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we’ll replace or refund it.


🔁 Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on used or opened candles, but if your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. See our Return Policy for full details.


🔥 How should I care for my candle?

To get the best burn from your candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼” before each use.

  • Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.


🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we’re working on adding this option! Stay tuned or contact us for custom requests.
